Who doesn't like a Sunday roast? I loooove a good roast, more so in the comfort of a lovely establishment then made with my own blood, sweat and tears. So when the opportunity arose to indulge whilst in Paradise I obviously couldn't pass it up.
The Goosnargh free range chicken with all the trimmings was definitely value for money, if that's what you're looking for. It could easily have fed 2 of us. I shared my chicken with a friend who had ordered the lamb and shared potatoes and other veg around the table. Not my Yorkshire pudding though, that was all for me. It was a really tasty roast in a lovely setting. I would've liked the option of cauliflower cheese as a side though, not many people offer it, but it is often the icing on the cake for me.
Would you believe I had no space for dessert...? The roast really filled me up, even though I gave half of it away.
