Hilton, Park Lane

In the words of Paul Hollywood the Chocoholics Afternoon Tea at the Hilton Park Lane is  "style over substance". 

 Fabulous to look at, but extremely disappointing once we stopped looking and started eating. I did get to spend time with my amazingly entertaining niece so that's a plus, but the afternoon tea was a huge disappointment, the best things were the scones.
Not sure how that's even possible and i'd take the scones at Gail's over them any day. Gail's on Northcote Rd make THE BEST scones. Fact!
