Gluten free eating continues in earnest, tried courgettini for the first time and have to say I was well impressed.
Julienned courgettes, cooked for 3/4 minutes and used in place of pasta with tuna, tomatoes, salt, pepper and some parmesan. OMG!!! Who knew?!!! I may never buy gluten free pasta again, so much tastier, healthier and quicker.
